A Breathing Exercise to Help Relieve Anxiety

    I try to practice breathing exercises in addition to my medication that I take for anxiety. It really can help to just take a step back and breathe properly and focus your mind on the right things. I hope this post helps someone out there! :)

    This definitely helps me. Calm.com is a great (free!) app that helps with guided meditation. I find that if I adjust my breathing, my anxiety significantly decreases!

    Music really helps me when I deal with bouts of anxiety. I have a few songs that are go-tos to just calm me down and ground me. I’ll have to try this out, too!
