The problem is, their tastes don’t always align. So I decided to find some pieces that could make both of them happy – nothing too feminine, and nothing too man-cavey. The key is to pick gender-neutral colors like blues or oranges, and mix in textures like leather and wood. Neutrals are always a safe bet as well.
