Lunch at Tacko

Lunch at Tacko

One of the best things about living in San Francisco is the food. As someone who’s annoyingly super picky about my food, particularly Mexican food, I couldn’t resist sharing one of my favorites spots in the neighborhood: Tacko! If you’re looking for a laid back lunch or a casual dinner before a night out, this is the place to go.

I wish I had taken more photos of the decor — it’s so bright and airy and you feel like you’re in a beach town. And then they have all of these cool drink selections, like cantaloupe juice (that’s what I got!) and sangria. And of course the food. Ohhh yumm. Personally, I love the Baja Style Fish Taco. It’s a fried white fish taco with the perfect sauce and crunchy veggies (cabbage?) on top. You have to get it Nick’s Way — they add a layer of crispy taco shell and a generous scoop of guacamole. SO GOOD. I enjoyed a late lunch with Ashley the other day and couldn’t resist snapping a few photos to share :).
