Trend to Try: White Boyfriend Jeans

White boyfriend jeans – an intimidating phrase, I know. But it’s all about choosing the right pair and styling them in a way that flatters you. Most people think white is a tough shade to pull off, but it’s really all about the fit of the pieces, not the color. White can be very flattering, especially with a subtle summer tan :). As for finding a flattering pair, I recommend getting a slim cut boyfriend jean, like these. That way there is just a subtle bagginess to them and you can still see your shape. Adding rips is a great way to make white boyfriend jeans look even more flattering as well. That little bit of skin goes a long way.

As for styling white boyfriend jeans, go for a laid back yet clean and polished outfit, perfect for casual summer days. All white is a great summer look, just make sure the top is more figure flattering to balance out those loose jeans. Keep that laid back beach vibe with some distressed denim. I decided to add my own rips to these jeans (because why pay more for something you can do yourself!) using this tutorial and I love how they turned out. I rolled them up a bit to keep that undone look, added some easy slides and some leather touches to complete the outfit. So, what do you think – have I convinced you to try the trend?
