I know you’ve seen me mention this place again and again on Instagram (and even from this blog post a while back). Well, it’s about time I shared some photos of the stunning 20th Century Cafe right here on the blog. If you’re looking for a place to catch-up with your best friend, indulge in some delicious pastries, or surround yourself with retro-feminine decor, then you need to check out 20th Century Cafe. Everything from the antique plates & silverware to the mid-century register to the retro attire of the employees (or maybe that was just the owner?) make this place one of my favorite San Francisco coffee shops.
Not only is this unique San Francisco coffee shop styled impeccably, but the food is delicious as well. Ashley and I popped in the other week and ordered their Cucumber Avocado + Cream Cheese bagel, on a homemade everything bagel (homemade!), and it was amazinnnggg. We satisfied our sweet tooth with a classic apple strudel and washed it all down with the perfect latte. Check out some more snaps from our visit below and make sure to stop by in person — it’s located in the adorable neighborhood of Hayes Valley in San Francisco.
