All About Them Flare Jeans

You guys, I finally did it. I found the PERFECT pair of super flare, high-waisted jeans with five pockets, super stretch fabric, and just the right amount of flare. I’ve tried way too many pairs of flare jeans only to end up with a pile sitting in the back of my closet collecting dust. Flare jeans are tricky because if the fit is off even just a little bit, they can end up making you look dowdy. The perfect pair are slim all the way to the end of the knee and then flare out from there, wider than a boot cut. I’m also a fan of the high-waisted silhouette because they really complete that 70s vibe.

This pair from Free People was a lucky find and I highly recommend you give them a try! They also come in a few other shades which is really nice. The pair I’m wearing are in “Perfect Navy” and they truly are a great shade of deep blue (I’d say they are darker in person than they look in my photos). They fit true to size and are SO comfortable with their super stretch material. I did get mine hemmed, and typically that can minimize the flare, but not in this case! I paired mine with a floral blouse, a vintage leather belt, brown ankle boots and some delicate jewelry.
