Lately I’ve been buying a little too much quite a lot of Free People. I think I’m finally accepting the fact that I like that boho style and I’m also finding out how to incorporate it into my wardrobe without looking too young or messy. Boho can easily translate into an overload of prints, textures, layers, and more. I recommend keeping it simple and mixing in some classic pieces to balance out the look.
I recently bought this adorable Free People dress (which also comes in black, white, orange and more) and can’t stop wearing it. It’s that perfect balance between feminine and boho, and when styled correctly, can look chic and polished as well. I met my friend for a weekday brunch (my favorite) in this little number and paired it with some neutral booties (on sale for $69.99!) and a simple leather bag. I finished the look with a necklace I DIYed a few months back just to add a little more of my personality (although I actually like this one better!). After brunch, my friend and I took a stroll, picked up some flowers, and walked down an adorable alley way in the West Village. How cute is this house??

I struggle with the same dilemma – trying to dress boho/chic but without looking too “young.” This look is perfect! Love the booties!

I go on Free People binges some times…once I find one thing I like, I want EVERYTHING on the site! I love how they have the Free People Me section that lets you look at how other people style their clothes. That dress looks so cute on you and comfy!
