Apartment Inspiration: Bright & Bohemian
posted on August 5, 2015 | by Amanda Holstein
With my move to San Francisco just around the corner (I know, I know, you’re all wondering when this is officially happening), I have apartment decor on the brain. Here’s a quick update on the move before I dive in to today’s post: I’m working on finding an apartment right now, which we all know is twice as difficult when you have a dog. Once I land that, I should be heading there around August 15. Cannot wait!!!
Anyway, as most of you know, I sold pretty much all of my furniture when I moved out of my NY apartment. That’s right, the green couch is officially in the hands of a post-grad in Brooklyn. It had a good run and I’ll certainly miss it, but now I get to style my new apartment, and that’s always fun. This time around, I’d like to continue my bohemian theme but keep it a bit brighter and calmer. There was a lot going on in my last setup, with all the different colors and textures, so this time I think I’ll try to simplify it just a bit. Here is some apartment inspiration I found via Pinterest below!

Love this inspiration, the bright and airy feeling is definitely something I’ve been super drawn to lately! I’m starting the same process, except DC to San Diego with a cat instead of NY to San Francisco with a dog ha!
