Summer Vacation Must-Have: Printed Shorts

Printed shorts are filling up my summer wardrobe quickly, and for good reason. These puppies are a great way to mix up your daily look and take a break from the usual denim cut-offs and white shorts. Plus, they are more versatile than you may think, which is why printed shorts are my go-to when it comes to summer vacations. As I prep for my trip to Spain (woohoo!), these are definitely at the top of my list.

Exploring the City

The easiest way to wear printed shorts is just by throwing on a simple white t-shirt. Add some converses and it’s the perfect outfit for running around and exploring a new city or even just doing errands in your own. Plus, you can’t beat a perfectly slouchy t-shirt like this one.

At the Beach

It’s easy to throw on a simple pair of shorts and a t-shirt for the beach, but why not amp it up a little with some fun printed shirts and a chambray shirt? Tie the shirt in a knot for a fun and casual twist.

Going Out

Adding a pair of heels or wedges is the key to dressing up a pair of casual shorts. Choose a structured top to create a more polished look, but keep it simple so the main focus is still on those fun printed shorts.
