When the temperatures are warm enough to wear open-toes shoes, you know spring has finally hit. And my toes are happy about it. This season, I’m noticing sandals inspired by the 70s as well as the minimalist trend that’s recently taken over. Both lend well to my simple California style, so I’m not too mad about it. If you’re ready to revamp your spring sandal wardrobe, for your work attire or weekend wear, I suggest adding these styles to the mix. Pair them with your flirty spring dresses, your denim overalls, your crop tops, and of course, your rompers (my fave). And don’t worry, I’ve only included options under $200, so I’m sure you’ll find a pair of spring sandals that are right for you!

Hi Amanda, Just recently found your blog and am loving it. Question for you regarding spring sandals & formal wear.
I am looking for any advice on fancy, black-tie appropriate FLATS to wear. The hubby is the same height as me and I’m not too keen on the “Katie and Tom” look, if you know what I mean. :)
We are going to the black tie event sponsored by his company at the end of April. There will be a few of my clients and potential clients there as well. I’m a simple-style girl… spend most of my time dressed in torn jeans covered in paint. I ordered a blue strapless floor length gown to try. Lauren by Ralph Lauren from Macy’s.
If you have a moment, would love your thoughts! :)
